The framas moldshop centers are equipped with the most modern and innovative 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines, which guarantee high precision of milled parts and gives you an edge over your competition.<\/p>\n

Our laser structuring machines create functional elements and surface haptics that can be directly reproduced in the plastic injection molding tool and thus integrated into your product.<\/p>\n

At our location framas Korea Vina we have implemented an automation pilot project, which enables continuous production.<\/p>\n

Six Roeders\u00a9 milling machines combined with a 6-axis Fanuc\u00ae robot create new possibilities which will be implemented at other framas locations in the future.<\/p>\n

Die framas Werkzeugbauzentren\u00a0sind mit den\u00a0modernsten\u00a0und innovativsten\u00a03-Achs- und 5-Achs-Fr\u00e4smaschinen ausgestattet, die eine hohe Pr\u00e4zision der Fr\u00e4steile\u00a0garantieren und Ihnen einen Vorsprung zur Konkurrenz bieten.\u00a0<\/p>

Unsere Laserstrukturmaschinen kreieren funktionelle Strukturen und Oberfl\u00e4chenhaptiken, die direkt im Kunststoffspritzgusswerkzeug abgebildet und somit in Ihr Produkt integriert werden k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

An unserem Standort framas Korea Vina haben wir ein Automatisierungs-Pilotprojekt implementiert, das uns eine durchg\u00e4ngige Produktion erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>

Sechs Roeders\u00a9 Fr\u00e4smaschinen kombiniert mit einem 6-Achs Fanuc\u00ae Roboter schaffen neue M\u00f6glichkeiten, die zuk\u00fcnftig auch an weiteren framas Standorten eingesetzt werden sollen.<\/p>
