Our\u00a0product\u00a0portfolio includes lasts specifically developed for sports, fashion, health and safety sectors. We not only produce lasts for the more common shoe models, but also\u00a0small series, custom, and innovative products.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In our shoelast\u00a0development\u00a0centers, our experienced modelers\u00a0form\u00a0lasts by hand. Our CAD teams\u00a0digitally prepare the physical last models\u00a0for mass production and\u00a0are responsible for\u00a0our\u00a0digital\u00a0library.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With two locations, one at our headquarters in\u00a0Pirmasens\u00a0and another one in Portland, we are close to our customers and can\u00a0therefore\u00a0guarantee short communication channels. The development\u00a0center\u00a0in Portland was\u00a0founded\u00a0in cooperation with our partner Yin Hwa, who also takes over the production of our lasts in Asia.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In unseren Schuhleisten-Entwicklungszentren werden die Leistenmodelle von erfahrenen Modelleuren gestaltet.\u00a0Unsere CAD-Teams bereiten die physischen Leistenmodelle digital f\u00fcr die Massenproduktion auf und verantworten die digitale Archivierung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Mit zwei Standorten, einem in unserem Headquarter in Pirmasens und einem weiteren in Portland, sind wir nah an unseren Kunden und k\u00f6nnen somit kurze Kommunikationswege garantieren. Seit \u00fcber 70 Jahren werden bei framas Leistenmodelle aus Holz gefertigt. Der Leisten ist das erste Produkt, das unser Firmengr\u00fcnder Franz Martz herstellte. Renommierte Schuhunternehmen produzieren seither ihre Schuhe auf framas Leisten. Selbst adidas Gr\u00fcnder Adi Dassler kam nach Pirmasens, um von Franz Martz\u2018 Fertigkeiten der Leistenherstellung zu lernen und sein K\u00f6nnen zu perfektionieren.<\/p>

shoelast.framas legt Wert darauf, dass die verwendeten Kunststoffleisten recycelt und intern weiterverwertet werden. In jedem Kunststoffproduktionsleisten ist ein Anteil von \u00fcber 50% an recycelten Materialien enthalten. Wir arbeiten kontinuierlich und motiviert daran diesen Anteil zu vergr\u00f6\u00dfern.<\/p>
