Despite these circumstances, we remain committed to sustainability and have further strengthened our strategy, focusing on future-oriented technologies, optimized carbon accounting, and improved waste and emissions management.\u200b<\/p>\n A key development was the introduction of an “Extended Board,” specifically designed to nurture talent from within our organization. This initiative highlights our dedication to leveraging internal strengths and providing employees with attractive development opportunities. Additionally, we expanded our reporting processes to meet GRI standards and to prepare for the newly established EU sustainability regulations. With these enhanced structures, we are now able to set ambitious goals and KPIs to achieve measurable progress.\u200b<\/p>\n With this report, we aim to make our efforts transparent and provide insights and inspiration.
